Our Money-Back Guarantee
Every watch we sell is inspected, serviced where needed, and tested by our watchmaker before it goes on sale, and we describe each watch’s condition and originality honestly in the listing. If something still isn’t right, we accept returns and back every order with a money-back guarantee.
Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at [email protected] or message us on Facebook with your order number, and we will send you return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
If the item is not as described, arrived damaged, or there is any other issue we are responsible for, we pay the return shipping — we will reimburse your documented postage cost.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping. Please use a tracked shipping method; we cannot refund returns that are lost in transit without tracking.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned watches must arrive in the same condition they were delivered in, with any included accessories (straps, boxes, add-ons). These are vintage mechanical watches — normal careful handling and trying the watch on is of course fine.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked by our watchmaker, we issue a full refund of the item price to your original payment method within 7 business days. If we were at fault, your original shipping cost is refunded as well. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Not as Described?
If your watch arrives damaged or doesn’t match the listing, contact us first — in many cases we can resolve the issue quickly with a partial refund, a repair, or a replacement part, without you having to ship the watch back at all.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order any time before it ships — email [email protected], reply to your order confirmation email, or message us on Facebook. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full immediately.
