What Data We Collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address, and details of the items you purchased. If you create an account, we also store your login email and order history. If you contact us by email or social media, we keep that correspondence.
Payments
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by our payment providers (card processing and PayPal), which handle your payment data under their own privacy policies. Our store only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Shipping
To deliver your order, we share your name and address with the shipping carrier (Ukrposhta or FedEx) and, where required, with customs authorities in your country.
Cookies & Analytics
Like most online stores, we use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how visitors use the site. We use Google Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics, and advertising pixels (Google, Meta) that measure whether our ads lead to purchases. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, though your cart may not persist between visits.
What We Don’t Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing emails unless you have subscribed, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
How Long We Keep Data
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. If you want your account or personal data deleted, email us at [email protected] and we will remove everything we are not legally required to retain.
