Where are you located / where do you ship from?
Sovietwatchstore.com is a purely online store operating out of our warehouse in Ukraine.
We proudly offer a money-back quality guarantee & free economy shipping on all orders over $100 ($250 to the European Union).
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do – we ship worldwide and currently offer free economy shipping on all orders over $100 ($250 to the European Union).
All packages are shipped with tracking numbers, so they are traceable online.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship worldwide via airmail by the national operator Ukrposhta.
FedEx Express is also available to most destinations – except the USA and the European Union (see the notes for USA and EU customers). For EU destinations we offer EMS Express Mail Service instead.
Express takes about 7 working days to most destinations worldwide.
IMPORTANT: please factor in an additional 4 days for packages to reach the FedEx branch in Poland.

A note for USA customers
Following the introduction of tariffs and the suspension of the de minimis exemption for imports valued at $800 or less, all shipments to the United States and its overseas territories (Puerto Rico, Saipan, Guam) have been sent on a Duty Prepaid (DDP) basis since September 5 2025.
We collect a prepaid US import duty of 5% of the item value at checkout and settle with US customs ourselves, so your parcel is delivered with nothing further to pay — no duty, no brokerage, no handling charge on the doorstep. We reduced this rate from 17% in August 2026 to match the current US tariff schedule.
As a result, no additional payments are required upon delivery.
Please note: FedEx shipping to the USA is not available. We stopped shipping with FedEx to the USA in October 2025 due to processing delays on FedEx’s side. All US orders ship via Ukrposhta airmail with duties prepaid.

A note for EU customers
On July 1, 2026 the European Union ended its €150 duty-free exemption. Every parcel entering the EU now owes import VAT at the destination country’s rate, plus a flat €3 EU customs duty per item on orders up to €150 and a small postal processing fee.
Germany, Denmark, Spain and Malta: we prepay everything. Import VAT is collected at checkout and we settle it, together with the customs duty and processing fee, before your parcel leaves Ukraine – so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
All other EU countries: Ukrposhta cannot yet prepay VAT to these destinations. We pay the EU customs duty and the postal processing fee ourselves wherever the rules allow, but your national postal operator will collect import VAT at your country’s rate (17–27%) before delivery, usually together with its own service fee of roughly €1.30–€7.00 (Czechia is the outlier, at about €14.50). You will normally receive a payment link by SMS or email.
Free economy shipping to the EU now starts at $250, and EU shipping rates were increased on August 9, 2026 to cover these charges. We are working to extend prepayment to more EU countries.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
International packages are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks.
If you need the package faster, we recommend the FedEx Express option (not available for the USA or the EU – EU customers should choose EMS Express Mail Service). Once a shipment reaches the FedEx branch in Poland (4-5 days from Ukraine), it takes about 7 working days to most destinations worldwide.
