Commemorative Molnija 50 years since the end of Great Patriotic war 1945-1995.
Beautifully designed pocket watch, with soviet propaganda on both front and rear covers.
Seen in front: “Победа во имя мира” – Victory for the world.
Writing at the back – “Великая Отечественная Война” – Great Patriotic War(that’s what part of WW2 was called in USSR).
The watch is mechanical and does not need batteries to operate.
Original soviet “Molnija” has mechanical lever movement and manual winding.
